The Madagascar Squacco Heron shows up in intervals and the long toed lapwing is resident in small numbers. Yellow-throated, chestnut bellied and black faced, water in hundreds during the dry season. Day 1: Nairobi/ Amboseli
Lodge of Choice Pick up from your hotel in the city center for transfer to the Wilson Airport. You will be assisted to board a Air Kenya scheduled flight departing at 0730hrs to arrive in the Amboseli at 0815hrs. Upon arrival you will be met at the airstrip for transfer to the Amboseli Sopa Lodge | Amboseli Serena Lodge or TortilisTented Camp

Later after lunch you will be collected from the camp or Lodge for an afternoon game drive in shared lodge vehicles. This park is located in the shadows of the most famous symbol of Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro and is dubbed the ‘Home of the Elephants’. Large herds, some time numbering up to 200 may be seen.

Day 2. Amboseli
Morning Tea/Coffee will be served before proceeding for an early morning game drive. The majestic and breathtaking Mount Kilimanjaro can be seen at this time. Return to Camp for late breakfast. The rest of the morning is at leisure. After lunch, an afternoon game drive follows. In the evening a Bush Bar-B-Que. dinner with entertainment by traditional Maasai dancers is the highlight of the day.

Option Two
Day 1: Pick up from Nairobi early morning, met and then depart for the Wilson Airport for your flight to Amboseli. On arrival at Amboseli, pick up and drive to the lodge with a game drive en route. After check in and lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive at Amboseli National Park. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Full day at Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.

Day 3: After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip to catch flight to Wilson Airport in Nairobi for connection flight to Samburu. On arrival at Samburu, pick up and drive to the lodge. After lunch, is an afternoon game drive at Samburu Game Reserve. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Full day at Samburu Game Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at Samburu Serena Safari Lodge.

Day 5: After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip to catch flight direct to Masai Mara. On arrival, transfer to the lodge for check in and lunch. After lunch, afternoon game drive for the chance to see the Big Five for a chance including the Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, and the elusive Leopard. After lunch, afternoon game drives and later returns for dinner and overnight at the Sarova Mara Tented Camp.

Day 6: Full day at Masai Mara Game Reserve for morning and afternoon game drives with a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool. You might also get the chance to see the migration of the Wildebeest at the Mara River which has been termed as the 7th Wonder of the World. All meals and overnight at the Sarova Mara Tented Camp.

Day 7: Early morning and afternoon game drives at Masai Mara Game Reserve. All meals and overnight at Sarova Mara Tented Camp.

Day 8: Early morning game drive at Masai Mara Game Reserve. After breakfast, transfer to the Airstrip for flight back to Nairobi at 11:00. Arrive in Nairobi where you’ll be met and after lunch, transfer to the airport for your outward flight home. End of service.
