Day 2: Aberdare National Park - The Fairmont Ark

After breakfast drive north towards the lush foothills of the Aberdares Mountain Range to the Aberdares Country Club for lunch. After lunch transfer to

The Fairmont Ark (children under 7yrs not permitted, light bags only) overlooking a waterhole and salt lick where the 'Big Five' occasionally gather for an exhilarating night of wild encounters. The Ark comprises three decks from which numerous balconies and lounges provide superb vantage points for game viewing.

Day 3: Mount Kenya National Park - The Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club

After breakfast drive to the world famous Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club founded by William Holden. On a clear Day you will see the magnificent mountain in its full splendour.

The club offers glorious views of the mountain and forest, delightful gardens, a 9-hole golf course and a splendid colonial-style ambience with roaring log fires. Arrive for lunch at your lodge. Afternoon at leisure with OPTIONAL excursions from the lodge.

Day 4: Mount Kenya National Park - The Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club

After breakfast, drive to The Sweetwaters Wildlife Sanctuary for morning game drive. The reserve is home to the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya. Return to your lodge for lunch. Afternoon at leisure admiring the magnificence of the mountain.

Day 5: Masai Mara National G.R - The Fairmont Mara Safari Club

After breakfast, transfer to Nanyuki Airport for your morning scenic scheduled flight over the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game.

It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Met on arrival and transferred to your lodge. Afternoon shared game drives.

Day 6: Masai Mara National G.R - The Fairmont Mara Safari Club

Day spent game-viewing in the reserve with morning and afternoon shared game drives.

Day 7: Masai Mara National G.R - The Fairmont Mara Safari Club

Day spent game-viewing in the reserve with morning and afternoon shared game drives. Meals and overnight at The Fairmont Mara Safari Club (LDBB). {To Day you have an opportunity to go on a spectacular Optional balloon ride across the Masai Mara. The BALLOON SAFARI adventure begins in the pre-dawn hours.

The magnificent view of the park is thrilling. Towards the end of the safari, you rise to a height of 1500 feet for a panoramic view of the twisting Mara River and the savanna below. After an hour or so in the air, your safari finishes with a flourish: a champagne breakfast in the bush, cooked on the balloon's burners. Day 8: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for morning scheduled flight to Nairobi. Met on arrival Wilson Airport and transferred to the famous Carnivore Restaurant for lunch. After lunch you will be dropped at your hotel or Jomo Kenya Airport for your onward arrangements.
