Serengeti Serena Lodge
Serengeti Serena Lodge

Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge is a luxury 5 star safari lodge set high on a hill with breathtaking vistas of sweeping grasslands and the unspoiled wilderness landscape of the Serengeti National Park Tanzania plains were Big game feed in full view of the Safari lodge.

The Serengeti Game Reserve is a natural paradise and home to one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on earth - the great annual wildebeest migration of millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle.

Serena Serengeti Lodge design is simple but stunning, Inspired by a traditional African village, separate rondavel "huts" house the luxury guest rooms that have their own view of the vast Serengeti plains. From the overall

impression to the smallest detail, the Serengeti Serena Safari Hotel is rich in local atmosphere created by indigenous handicrafts and art. Almost nowhere else in Africa can the visitor expect to see more big game than in the Serengeti National Park. In the center of the plains, set high on hill overlooking the sweeping grasslands that are the habitat of countless zebra, gazelle, wildebeest, and numerous other species, the Serena Serengeti Lodge enjoys an incomparable location.

The uniquely crafted bedroom units maximize the use of local materials in order to blend with their surroundings. The grass capping of the roofs comes from locally occurring (but outside of the Serengeti Park) savannah grass. The buildings' stone facings utilized the stone shale that was found on the site and is common throughout the Serengeti area.

Stair Case Serengeti Serena Lodge
If you need to unwind, head to your wooden balcony and gaze far out over the plains, you’ll get lost in your thoughts and the view, if you're in a sociable mood, head to the huge bar and dining area, also rondawel-shaped, which is supported by tall carved figures of Masai maidens and warriors.

The food here is tasty and plentiful, and there's a gorgeous horizon pool with another great view. All the Serengeti activities are on offer and are included, but it's worth spending those extra pennies on an exclusive balloon safari and champagne breakfast. The rooms have a small balcony with nicely carved African designs in the posts; there is a great view of the sunset on the Serengeti National Park.
